Is your no-show a late fee policy?

No-shows result in forfeited deposits. Sessions start at the scheduled time, and late arrivals may shorten session time to respect other client appointments.

What if I need to cancel?

Deposits are forfeited if cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours’ notice or after your first reschedule.

Can I reschedule my session?

Yes! One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. After that, deposits are non-refundable.

What happens if I’m late or don’t show?
