Can i reschedule my session?

What happens if i’m late or don’t show?

One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. Any additional reschedules without 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

Sessions start at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may shorten session time, and no-shows result in forfeited deposits.

Who do i contact if i have questions?

Do i have to pay a deposit?

Yes. A deposit is required to confirm your appointment. Your session is only secured once the deposit is received.

What if i need to cancel?

Deposits are forfeited if cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours’ notice or after your first reschedule.

How do i pay the remaining balance?

Remaining balances are due at the start of your session, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
